Nana's Jam Shack started the way most good things do — in a kitchen that smelled like simmering peaches. What began as jars handed over the back fence to neighbors turned into a small Texas business built on one simple idea: real fruit, real recipes, no shortcuts.
Every batch is still made by hand in small quantities. We pick fruit at its peak, cook it low and slow, and seal each jar the same afternoon. That's why a jar of our Peach Jam tastes like a warm summer day and our Jalapeño Jelly disappears the second it hits the cheese board.

“If it's not good enough for my own breakfast table, it's not going in a jar.”
